Spent Christmas at this hotel and it was a decent short-term stay. the room was clean, comfortable, and had a great location near public transportation and dining options. the staff was friendly and accommodating, always willing to help with any requests.

The room was on the smaller side and lacked a window, which made it feel a bit cramped and stuffy. the communication with staff was also a bit difficult, as their language skills were limited.

I had a great time at this hotel! The location was perfect for my visit - it was so easy to get to Gambir station and there was a shopping center nearby. Plus, it was right next to a modern shopping mall, which was super convenient. The room amenities were top-notch, with air conditioning, a mini-bar, and a comfortable sitting area. The rooms were soundproofed, so I didn't have to worry about any noise disturbances. The staff were so friendly and helpful, making my stay even more enjoyable. I loved the fact that they offered room service, car hire, dry cleaning, and housekeeping services.

I highly recommend this hotel to everyone. It has everything you need for a comfortable and enjoyable stay.

Couldn't have spent Christmas anywhere else! The hotel offered everything we needed. The room was spacious and had a lovely view of the city. The complimentary breakfast was delicious and had a variety of options. The hotel is perfectly located near shops and restaurants, making it easy to get a taste of the local cuisine. The staff was friendly and accommodating, making our stay even more enjoyable.

The hotel was undergoing some renovations during our stay, which made it a bit noisy during the day. We also found that some of the amenities in the room were a bit outdated.
